I have always appreciated Singapore’s tropical flora and fauna & I’ve yet to see any other city whose streets and highways are as lush and lined with nature as ours. Singapore is a biophilic city with diverse and sometimes rare species hiding in plain sight. It was an interesting starting point to begin researching both plants and animals that are unique to Singapore. Our wild surroundings extend beyond nature reserves , it is only natural for a walk through a fantastical bontanic city to be the main focus of the cover art for the feature cover of this issue.
